1839 & 1841 BIDGOOD, Thomas – Noted as Yeoman at time of Marriages of children.
1841 census BIDGOOD, Thomas 63 (Yeoman); Mary 61; Robert 19.   Note: Mary died in Merriott in 1850.
1851 census BIDGOOD, Thomas 74 (widower; retired Yeoman);  Robert 29 (Farmer of 227 acres emp 18 men).    This family doesn’t appear in any subsequent censuses.   Thomas died, aged 84, in Tiverton, Devon in 1862, and was buried in Merriott.
